I employed Infoway to design and program a website for my business. Once the agreement had been made concerning the requirements of the site I wanted it to be built. Infoway started the design and programming. I found the team leader, Amitava Ghosh, to be very helpful. He remained in communication with me through the whole process. His email communications were always very pleasant, professional, and friendly. The database design part of my site required significantly more time and programming than was originally anticipated by Infoway. Although there was much more time required on their part, Infoway did not once consider asking to renegotiate the agreement or make any monetary changes to it. To their credit they completed the project at the agreed price and in a timely fashion. Because of the positive experience I had working with Infoway, and especially with the project manager Amitava, I would not hesitate to have them create another site for me as my business needs grow. To sum it all up, I had a very positive experience with the Infoway team. I very much recommend their services if you are considering having a website built.
