:: Terms & Condition of Projects

For Design:

• Please mail us your exact requirements to the point with work flow diagram like color scheme, design theme, structure drawings, references etc at the beginning of your project.

• Please send all of your requirements at a time. For that you may take one or two days for thinking but please don’t increase your requirements in second time.

• If you send more than one reference site as example please send us in details what sections of which site you want to put in your work. For specification you can also mark out and send screenshots. That will give perfection to your work.

• After getting your exact requirement we can specify you the deadline of that project.

• Communication should be regular based & fast. If you don’t communicate within 48 hours in the middle of the project we will paused your project, because we have lots of work pressure. In that case if you are a regular client then some extra facilities will be given.

• After showing demo if you think some changes is required then please send us all changes in one mail explaining to the point, if possible send screenshots. No further mails will considerable.

• After final approval no further changes will be done. If so then you have to pay extra man-hour charges and your deadline may be extended.

For Web Development & Programming:

VERY IMPORTANT POINTS *

• No advance payment required if your project budget is less then $350. We expect payment after successfully project completion and before source file delivery.

• If your project budget is $350 OR more you have to pay 50% advance to start your project work. Rest 50% after successfully completion and before source file delivery.

• we always try to complete all project as soon as possible but if client do not communicate with us in-time and did not send us all required source files of project in-time, client do not have any rights to ask OR blame us about project deadline extenuation related matter.

• Before contacting us always review our site top section, where you can get our office is Open OR close. Our office closed on Sunday and 2nd Saturday, if any reason you did not get reply we always try to reply each email within 48 business hours, if you did not get any response within that time then you may call us at our toll free number.

• Any technical difficulties OR natural disaster will not be our fault. (Like: ISP problem, power fault, flood, earth quake, fire).
