Qualification:

BA/B.Sc/BCA/BE/B.Tech/MA/M.Sc/MCA ME/M.Tech or equivalent degree
Degree or diploma in HCI (Human Computer-Interaction) preferred
Sound knowledge, exposure and understanding of user interface/user experience concepts
Strong skills in CS4 or CS5 (Creative Suite 4 and/or Creative Suite 5)
Highly proficient in Photoshop, CSS, HTML, XHTML, XML, Illustrator, InDesign & Visio
Comfortable in JavaScript, JQuery & Ajax use
Experience and knowledge of SharePoint & Microsoft Expression
Sharp and creative bent of mind
Must be extremely proficient in verbal and written English communication

Profile:

Must understand project requirement and technical documents
Ability to complete the task within specified time with full accuracy
Defining, interpreting and implementing user interface and user experience enhancements reports
Team player with managerial skill
Need to handle projects independently
Need to prepare project documentation as and when required
Responsible for client interaction
Ready to infuse "can do" attitude in the team/subordinates
