Position: Website Manager Company: Infoway Location: Kolkata Experience: 1 - 3 yrs Products/Services: Web Development and Web based applications / IT Services Responsibilities: Manager Web services (operations) The responsibilities can be defined in the three aspects below. Marketing & Sales * Manager Web services is responsible for making this division/website running in profits. The manager will develop and execute a business plan with detailed strategies to grow sales, expand market share and strengthen Web Media Corporation and Infoway brand. * The Manager will also perform sales tasks, job involves ongoing coordination, presentation, discussion and close sales. * Organic Internet marketing and traffic generation. * Search engine optimization with various processes. Operation * Ensuring that overall operation is up to expectation of the company and customers. * Supervising division's personnel, which include web designers, web programmers and project coordinators. * Building up an energetic team. Coach, encourage, educate and supervise team members to perform at maximum capabilities. * Controlling the cost of the division. Make sure the time spent by web designers and web programmers are not exceeding the assigned allotments. Business Development * Improving the overall performance of the division by developing systems and programs, such as the quality assurance program, the customer satisfaction program and the efficient work flow system. * Searching for new business opportunities and keep up on the latest technologies.
