Qualification:

1. You need to be a BE/ B.Tech/ MCA or Equivalent.
2. Need to have professional experience in Flash 5/ Flash 4 Action script with other programming skills.
3. Minimum of 1 year experience required in Flash Action Script 2.0 and should be capable enough to work on projects independently.
4. Candidates must possess at least a professional Certificate/ Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent.
5. Must have experience in Web Industry as Lead Action Script Programmer.
6. Need to have good understanding on Action Script 2.0/ Action Script 3.0 (AS2.0/AS3.0) and OOP's.
7. Need to have knowledge of working on Flash with XML and PHP.

Profile:

1. He/ She need to be focused on Clear, Commented, Reusable Code and need to have knowledge on techniques for Streaming Data over limited bandwidth.
2. Need to perform the following- Creating Flowcharts, Writing Code and Testing new segments.
3. Needs to Modify and Test existing segments to make new segments.
4. Need to identify and troubleshoot problems related to programming issues and need to participate in code reviews.
5. You need to ensure the reliability of the programmed segments and the highest level of quality assurance.
6. Need to develop prototypes based on vague specifications.
7. Need to perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Action Script Programmer.
